Problem encountered during development:
My code had a lot of dependencies and it was getting a huge mess, so I had to find a soluce which was going to help me to resolve these dependencies.

Soluce:
I discovered the delegates in programming specialization, so I removed most dependencies and replaced them by delegates.
In this way I could view all event listeners directly in the Unity inspector.

Problem encountered during development:
I had to doing eight directions to purpose to the player to propulse him to other platforms. I didn't know how place the player around each platform, because I didn't want than the player can propulse himself between two directions and go in an undesignated direction.

Soluce:
Each platform has its positions for the player and when he move at the next position, he can't propulse himself while he not arrived at the position, when he stabilisated, he can propulse himself.

Problem encountered during development:
I had to pass chosen powers to another scene.

Soluce:
I used "don't destroy on load" on an object and give it the chosen powers to read it on the other scene.

Problem encountered during development:
In this asymetric game, we had to do a change of controls at the middle of the game.

Soluce:
We have implemented the new Input System of Unity, create two object who each have the controls of one player and switch them at the middle of the game.

About me

For five years, I worked in different restaurants and pastry shops, during this time I began teaching myself programming.

I then joined a web developer school, AFPA in Boulazac, France.

On my side projects, I learned about object oriented programming (OOP).

After finishing my year in AFPA, I chose a game design school, ETPA in Toulouse, France.

I have learned a lot during my first two years about different subjects of the video game designing jobs : game design, level design, programming, narration, modeling, infography, drawing, graphic design, rigging, skinning, animation.

From July to August 2022, I did an internship in a video game studio, The Seed Crew in Labège, France where I worked as a gameplay programer in professional settings.

I made the character controller and the camera controller, I then contributed to the redesign of the gameplay UI, I discovered the writing of the documentation and self-evidently I have done troubleshooting.

Currently in my last year of game design in the ETPA school, I am working on a 8-month project, with a team of 9 members, as a gameplay programmer and the AI designer.
